Choosing a Course Level
Novice Training
For someone without previous formal training or practical experience on the relevant equipment.
Experienced-Operator Training
For a suitable operator with substantial practical experience but no recognised evidence of formal training.
Conversion Training
For a formally trained operator moving to another category or significantly different type of equipment.
Refresher Training
For a previously trained operator requiring reassessment or updated instruction.
Familiarisation
For a trained operator gaining supervised experience with a particular machine, workplace, load or procedure.
You do not need to determine the course level yourself. Accurate details about each operator’s history will allow GH Training to recommend the appropriate route.

Preparing for On-Site Training
Customers will normally need to provide:
